Whatever business you are running, from purchase of the raw material to the packing process, until to the product have been deliver to the customer, the person who is liable for all this is the producer of the product. So all check and balance of payments, mode of payments, quantities and their description are maintained in a record.

Whenever you collect or deliver items, all the details of the item should be mentioned.
